Sara Lee adds to Brazilian coffee business with acquisition of Cafe Moka (KWQC-TV 6 Davenport)
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. (AP) - The Downers Grove-based Sara Lee Corporation said today it has agreed to acquire Cafe Moka, a coffee business in Brazil. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in October.
